Premise

• Led a virtual 8-week product development incubator program, BruinLabs, with over 80 participants and 20 organizing committee members.
• Developed and executed a comprehensive curriculum to guide teams in building minimum viable products (MVPs).
• Managed 11 diverse teams through various stages of product development.

Challenge

<aside> 💻 Facilitated a community of students nationwide interested in learning about product and the development process — through this I was able to play a key role in creating a space for students to test, experiment, and reiterate.

Approach

• Utilized a hands-on approach to mentor teams in agile methodologies, version control (Git), technical/non-technical code solutions (iOS, Bubble.io, React, etc.) and design tools (Figma).
• Fostered an environment of continuous learning, encouraging participants to explore and implement technical concepts.
